Prince Harry and Meghan Markle release engagement portraits

After an official announcement and an unprecedented sit-down interview spilling all the romantic details, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have now released their official engagement portraits – and they’re everything royal watchers could have hoped for.
The first photo tweeted out shows the couple posing on steps, in a relaxed yet intimate pose, leaning into one another in a casual embrace.
The second photo is far more swoon-worthy, with the two posing cheek to cheek in a tight snuggle as Markle caresses the Prince’s face while oh-so-casually showing off the rock on her finger.
The portraits were taken by fashion photographer Alexi Lubomirski at Frogmore House in Windsor.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are set to tie the knot on May 19, 2018.
