Police say missing 13-year-old girl found safe and sound

Toronto police say the search for a missing 13-year-old girl is over after the young teen was found safe and sound Sunday morning.

Octavia Kelsie was last seen in the St. Clair Avenue and O’Connor Avenue area around 5 p.m. Saturday night. She had a Shih Tzu dog with her.
