Arrest warrant issued for inmate who allegedly breached parole

Police have issued a Canada-wide arrest warrant for an inmate who allegedly breached parole.
Elliott Sullivan, 36, is serving a four-year sentence for several offences, including weapons trafficking, aggravated assault, break and enter, and uttering death threats.
He is five-foot-six, 125 pounds, with a slim build, hazel eyes, and short, brown hair. He has several tattoos, including a spider on his left hand, a cross on his left forearm, and barbed wire on his right wrist.
Sullivan is known to spend time in Sudbury, Timmins, Toronto, London and Kingston. He was last seen in the Sudbury area, driving a brown, 2006 Ford Escape, with the Ontario licence plate BWAZ 689.
