Shots fired near townhouse complex in east-end Toronto

Toronto police are investigating after shots were fired near a townhouse complex in the city’s east end.
Police were called to Chester Le Boulevard near Victoria Park and Finch avenues around 1:40 a.m. on Tuesday.
Officers found several shell casings at the scene.
No injuries were reported.
The incident happened on the same street where Samatar Farah, 24, was shot and killed on April 15. Two days before, another shooting in the same neighbourhood left two men injured.
