Driver crashes car into west-end home, causes gas leak

A driver has been rushed to hospital after his car crashed into a west-end home, causing a gas leak on Wednesday morning.
The crash happened on Sorauren Avenue near Queen Street West around 1:30 a.m.
No other vehicles were involved. It’s believed the driver had some kind of medical incident either just before or just after the crash.
The gas leak has since been capped, and the car has been towed away.
The cost of the damage to the house is not yet known.
