Oakville doctor charged with sexual assault

An Oakville doctor has been accused of sexually assaulting a woman.
Police said the alleged incident is not recent, but were not able to provide an exact date.
Dr. Clarence Clottey, 56, was charged on Thursday with one count of sexual assault.
The charge comes after an investigation by the Halton Regional Police Child Abuse and Sexual Assault Unit.
