Police investigating shooting and stabbing in Brampton

Peel Regional Police are investigating two separate incidents that took place within a short distance of each other on Friday night.
A male victim was airlifted to hospital with life threatening injuries after a stabbing on Rambler Drive and Bartley Bull Parkway, near Kennedy Road and Steeles Avenue.
A shooting took place just one street south on Caledon Crescent.
There is no word yet on the extent of injuries or identity in this case.
Peel Regional Police Const. Bally Saini told 680 NEWS that these are two separate incidents.
