Peel police say distracted driving may have been a factor after a vehicle drove into the side of a moving freight train in Brampton on Tuesday morning.
It happened near Pantomine Boulevard and Charcoal Way.
Luckily, the driver suffered only minor injuries but his vehicle was badly damaged.
Police say the train didn’t stop. They suspect it didn’t notice the impact, but an investigation is underway.
