Shortly before 11 p.m. on Thursday, a car struck the 26-year-old woman on McLaughlin Road South, near Steeles Avenue West.

The car continued south on McLaughlin towards Ray Lawson Boulevard, despite the fact that the driver would have known about the collision, police said.
