Police release surveillance video of North York shooting

Toronto police have released security video that shows a man wanted for attempted murder firing a gun into a North York restaurant.
The video shows the suspect walking towards the restaurant at 5324 Yonge Street, near Finch Avenue at around 2:15 a.m. on Tuesday morning.
He raises a handgun and fires several shots through the restaurant’s front window, striking a male patron.
The victim was treated at hospital but survived.
The suspect is described as a black male, 20-30 years old, between five foot seven and five foot nine with a thin build and neck length braided hair.
The video shows the shooter being picked up by a black 4 door sedan that was last seen fleeing southbound on Yonge Street.
