Man allegedly sexually assaults woman on TTC

Toronto police have released security images of a man who allegedly assaulted a woman on the TTC.

It was reported that at 10:30 a.m. on May 13 a 22-year-old woman was on a subway heading southbound from Finch station when a man sat down next to her.

When the woman stood up the man allegedly sexually assaulted her, police say. When she confronted him he allegedly assaulted her again and eventually exited the train.

Four days later, on May 19, the woman was at Finch subway station around 10:30 a.m. when spotted the suspect.

This time he allegedly produced a weapon and then fled the subway in an unknown direction.

The suspect is described as approximately 30 years of age, five-foot-nine-inches in height with a thin build and unkempt black hair.

He was wearing a beige undershirt, black leather combat boots, green army-style camouflage jacket and pants.
