Male victim identified in second fatal stabbing at Wasaga Beach

Ontario Provincial Police have identified a victim after a second stabbing in Wasaga Beach over the long weekend.
Officers are investigating after a male victim was stabbed at approximately 3:30 a.m. on Main Street near a mini golf course called Skull Island.
Police identified Erick Tello Arias, 23, of Caledon as the deceased victim.
This is the second stabbing in less than 48 hours in Wasaga Beach and the homicide department is investigating.
A post mortem examination will take place on Monday.

Francesco Molinaro,18, was stabbed to death on Saturday night outside of a Pizza Pizza on Mosley Street.
Wasaga Beach Mayor Brian Smith released a statement today saying he plans to meet with police in the coming days to discuss the stabbings.
He says his main objective is to prevent these types of incidents from happening in the future.
Police have yet to release any information on suspects or indicate if these two incidents are related.
