Victim identified in East York murder

Toronto police have released the name of a man who was found dead in an East York apartment building on Sunday morning.
Emergency crews were called to Wakunda Place, near Victoria Park Avenue and O’Connor Drive, around 6:30 a.m.
Arthur Kent Taylor, 51, was pronounced dead at the scene.
A second man was taken into custody.
Robert Bailey, 51, of Toronto, is charged with second-degree murder.
No further details have been released at this time.
