A Bowmanville man is accused of luring a teen girl online and exposing himself.

Durham police say the man used the Internet to make arrangements to meet the girl, who he believed to be 15 years old, for a sexual encounter.

They were supposed to meet Tuesday at an Oshawa coffee shop. Instead, he was met by police and arrested.

Gordon Randall, 51, of Burk Court, is charged with child luring to facilitate sexual interference, child luring to make child pornography, and expose genitals to person under 16. He was held for a bail hearing.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
