Police searching for man seen masturbating at Oshawa hospital

Durham Regional Police are looking for a man who they say was caught masturbating on video at an Oshawa hospital.
According to police, a suspicious man was spotted near the birthing unit of Lakeridge Health on Tuesday at approximately 4:30 a.m. When security arrived the man had left the area, but upon review of security footage, he was seen masturbating near the front doors of the birthing unit.
The suspect is described as male, white, 18 to 22 years old, approximately 5-foot-8 and 140 pounds. He was clean-shaven and had short black hair. At the time he was wearing black clothing and a black San Antonio Spurs hat.
