Man seriously injured after being struck by vehicle at Danforth and Midland

A man in his 50s is in hospital with serious injuries after he was struck by a vehicle at Danforth Road and Midland Avenue on Monday night.
Paramedics tell CityNews the victim has some broken bones but is expected to survive.
The area has been closed to traffic while police investigate and TTC buses are being diverted.
The vehicle remained on scene.
