Three men charged with murder in beating death of man in Malton

Three men have been charged with second-degree murder in connection with the beating death of a man in Malton.
Madad Kenyi, 53, was found Thursday night on a pathway behind the Westwood Mall, in the area of Goreway and Morning Star drives.
He was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries but later died of his injuries.
Nathan Bell, 29, and Brian Nelson, 41, were scheduled to appear in court on Sunday.
Gary Hoffman, 48, of Brampton, turned himself into police on Sunday and is scheduled to appear in court on Monday.
