Trending: Man uses 14 keyboards to create emoji keyboard

Ever wondered how you could get emojis on your desktop, without using pesky shortcuts but with taking up a lot of valuable real estate?

London man Tom Scott has the solution for you: He used 14 regular keyboards to create an emoji keyboard.

In a YouTube video, Scott (a vlogger or video blogger) explains that he used more than 1,000 stickers and “a bit of special software” so that every button types a different character.

Indicating an enormous table, Scott explains where each emoji can be found.

“Animals and plants are over here, along with food. Which I guess is kind of the same thing,” he jokes.

He’s even included keys for emojis that don’t exist yet, like a levitating man in a business suit.

Scott sent a Tweet using the keyboard but the image showed up as a small text box.

“As soon as you view the Tweet in iOS9.1, there will be an image of a man in a business suit and he will be levitating,” Scott says in the video.

“Never mind all your fancy touch screens and pop-up boxes on your smartphones. When you want every emoji at your fingertips, literally, this is the keyboard for you.”
