Suspicious package at Etobicoke plaza was innocuous, police say

A suspicious package left at an Etobicoke plaza turned out not to be dangerous, Toronto police say.
Richview Square shopping centre near Eglinton Avenue West and Kipling Avenue, was evacuated Saturday evening, as police investigated the package.
Officers were seen with bomb detection equipment.
Police initially believed the item may have been related to a bank robbery.
