Man dead in downtown stabbing

A man is dead and another person is injured after a downtown stabbing.
Toronto police aren’t saying much about the incident.
It happened on Rose Avenue, near Bloor and Parliament streets, around 2:30 a.m. on Monday.
Police have charged one person with second-degree murder. They are not releasing the victim’s name until his family has been notified.
Any witnesses are asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
