Members of the online hacker group Anonymous have reportedly struck again. Vice Media reports that the group has leaked personal information including names, e-mails, phone numbers and partial credit card numbers of municipal and provincial government employees.
Some of those who had information leaked reportedly include employees in Toronto, though officials aren’t saying how many may have been affected.
The latest online attack is reportedly in response to the Conservative government passing Bill C-51.
The group claimed responsibility for shutting down several federal government websites last week.
