Toronto police officer charged with assault in connection with 2014 arrest

A Toronto police officer has been charged in connection with a 2014 arrest, the Special Investigations Unit says.
The SIU says a 57-year-old man suffered a broken bone around his eye and they have reasonable grounds to believe the officer committed a criminal offence.
Const. Paul Walker has been charged with assault causing bodily harm.
