Rogers TV & CityNews to host town hall with Mayor Tory

Do you have a question about your property taxes? The state of the TTC? How about the crater-sized pothole that plagues your street?

Whether you think life in Toronto is a headache, or a sweet symphony — Mayor John Tory is ready to face the music.

Tory will host a town hall meeting on April 16 where he’ll field questions from the public about life in the Big Smoke.

The Rogers TV and CityNews event #AskMayorTory will be co-hosted by CityNews’ Cynthia Mulligan and the Toronto Star’s Royson James.

The event will take place at Church on the Queensway (1536 The Queensway). It’s slated to start at 8 p.m., but you can tweet your questions in advance using the hashtag #AskMayorTory.

Seating will be on a first come-first serve basis.

If you can’t make it, you can watch live on Rogers TV cable 10/63 in Toronto/Scarborough and online on CityNews.ca/live or 680News.com/video.

You can also call in live during the broadcast at this number: (416)446-7090.
