Driver arrested after going wrong way on Allen Road, causing crash

A driver was arrested after going the wrong way on Allen Road and causing a head-on crash.
It happened in the southbound lanes, north of Wilson Avenue, around 2:30 a.m. Sunday.
Police said they believe the driver was impaired.
The injuries from the crash were minor.
Police are also investigating a collision on Jane Street, just south of Highway 401.
Paramedics said a car crashed into a pole, bringing it down, around 7:30 a.m.
Two people were in the vehicle, but it wasn’t clear how seriously they were injured.
