Toronto police are investigating after a 15-year-old girl was reportedly forced off a TTC bus and sexually assaulted in Scarborough.
It was reported that around 3:30 p.m. Tuesday the teen was riding a bus in the Morningside Avenue and Cumber Road when she was approached by a male who produced an edged weapon.
The suspect then allegedly forced the girl off the bus at a stop along Morningside and took her to an apartment where he sexually assaulted her.
The girl then fled the scene and reported the incident to the police.
The suspect is described as black with a dark complexion, early 20s, around five-feet-ten-inches in height with a muscular build and shoulder length corn rows. He was last seen wearing dark jeans, a black hooded jacket and a black scarf covering his face.
Police are asking anyone with information on the incident to contact the authorities.
