During the 1984-1985 United Kingdom miners’ strike, a community in Wales accepted help from unlikely supporters: a group comprised of gay and lesbian activists from London. Film critic Leslie James spoke with Pride actress Jessica Gunning, and the true-life woman she portrays, politician Sian James, and actor Andrew Scott.
