Man linked to Moncton shooting suspect charged with threatening police: report

Jasper John Stam, 25, is facing charges of uttering death threats against police between May 10 and 18, according to the Acadie Nouvelle, a New Brunswick newspaper.
The court ordered Stam not communicate with Justin Bourque, the man charged with murdering three RCMP officers last week.
The RCMP tweeted on Monday that Stam is not connected to the Moncton shooting itself.
