Police appeal again for information on man, 40, missing since May

Police have issued a renewed appeal for help to find a 40-year-old Toronto man last seen getting on a plane at Pearson Airport headed to Mexico nine months ago.

The investigation has revealed that John Lioudakis did check in to the Crowne Plaza hotel in Mazatlan, Mexico on May 24, 2013 and checked out a week later;  however, there are no records of him returning to Canada.

Police say Lioudakis also hasn’t made any contact with his family or friends since shortly after he left for Mexico.

Investigators have not ruled out foul play.

Lioudakis is described as of Greek descent with an olive complexion, six-foot-three-inches tall, 220 pounds with brown eyes and a muscular build.

He also has a small tattoo of an iguana on his lower-left calf and a piercing on his chin.

Police are asking anyone with information about his whereabouts to contact them at 416-808-1400.
