Police, Fire Marshal investigating fatal Scarborough car fire

A man in his 50s is dead following a car fire in the Kingston Road and Midland Avenue area of Scarborough.
It’s unclear the circumstances surrounding the death. The area is still without power after Sunday’s ice storm.
Emergency crews were called the scene around 2:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Police and the Ontario Fire Marshal are investigating.
About five hours later, a 61-year-old man was killed in an apartment fire in the Beaches.
