Man dies after being struck by vehicle in Scarborough Christmas Eve

An elderly man has died after being struck by a vehicle in Toronto’s east end Tuesday.
EMS transported the man — believed to be in his 70s — to Sunnybrook hospital with injuries to his head after being struck at Victoria Park near Eglinton Avenue East around 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
Toronto Police confirmed that the man died Tuesday evening.
His name has not been released. There is no word at this time on possible charges.
