Video: Mayor Ford on province’s funding cuts to Toronto

Toronto Mayor Rob Ford spoke about the recent funding withdrawal recently announced by the provincial government. Ford said city manager Joe Pennachetti will prepare a special report on the impact the cuts will have on the city.
