Twenty-eight people arrested in Spain over international child porn network linked to Toronto

Authorities in Spain say 28 people in the country have been arrested on suspicion of being linked to an international child pornography network operating in Europe and Canada.
The investigation began in April when Interpol told Spanish police about a network possibly headquartered in Toronto that was dedicated to the sale of child pornography videos.
A Spanish government official said the videos were created abusing minors in Ukraine, Romania and Germany.
The recordings were allegedly sold through three websites and distributed in 94 countries, netting an estimated annual income of $1.6 million.
In addition to the 28 arrested in Spain, Spanish government officials said 10 other Spaniards have been charged with various offences.
