Man in custody after head-on crash in Etobicoke

TORONTO, Ont. – A man has been taken into custody after two cars were involved in a head-on crash in Etobicoke early Saturday morning.
The crash happened near the intersection of Royal York Road and Eglinton Avenue West, just shortly before 6 a.m.
The man was taken to hospital for minor injuries where he was arrested. It’s not yet clear what charges, if any, he will face.
Two other people were treated on the scene for minor injuries.
The intersection was closed to traffic briefly as police investigated.
