Dow Jones closes at highest level, TSX gains 23 points

The Dow Jones Industrial Average has closed it its highest level since May 2008. It was up 156 points (12,862).
The TSX gained 23 points (12,577).
The Toronto market has recorded its seventh straight winning week.
