Couple tied up in southern Ontario home invasion; cops say jewelry, guns stolen

DUNNVILLE, Ont. – A couple was tied up in a violent home invasion in a southern Ontario community early today.
Provincial police say three men barged into a home in Dunnville, about 40 kilometres west of Port Colborne, just after 1 a.m.
They say the men went in through an unlocked door and made their way to the bedroom where the homeowners were.
Police allege the men attacked a 59-year-old man and tied him up along with his 64-year-old wife.
The men allegedly took some jewelry, two long guns and a handgun before running away.
Police are looking for suspects.
