Ontario court upholds 2010 municipal election results in Ward 9

TORONTO, Ont. – An Ontario court is upholding the results of the 2010 municipal election in Toronto’s Ward 9.
The Ontario Divisional Court handed down their ruling, Monday.
The decision means Maria Augimeri remains as councillor for the ward and there will be no by-election.
The court has also upheld the results for the Toronto District School Board Ward 4 in which Stephnie Payne was elected trustee.
