Man in serious condition after being stabbed multiple times at Royal York station

A man is in hospital with serious injuries after a stabbing at Royal York subway station.
Toronto police were first notified around 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday following reports of an incident at the station on Bloor Street West and Royal York Road.
A man said to be in his 30s was located with multiple stab wounds and subsequently rushed to a trauma centre where he remains.
Toronto police Const. Laura Brabant says the stabbing happened on the platform and the suspect managed to get away on foot after the fact.

Investigators are exploring witness videos and anyone with information is asked to come forward.
