Toronto police have made an arrest after a 21-year-old man was shot and killed in a shooting that took place in an LCBO parking lot near Danforth Avenue and Victoria Park Avenue Sunday evening.
Police tweeted around 6 p.m. that they had been called to the area for reports of gunfire.
When officers arrived, they found a man suffering from serious injuries.
Toronto Paramedic Services said it transported the victim to hospital in life-threatening condition.
He later succumbed to his injuries.
The victim has been identified as 21-year-old Jakub Sudomericky.

Investigators allege the victim had engaged in a verbal altercation with another man prior to the shooting.
Homicide detectives have arrested 20-year-old Michael Roberts of Toronto, who faces a charge of first-degree murder.
He appeared in court on Monday morning.
