Government sources tell our Richard Southern that the Ford government is considering reducing gathering limits.

This comes after the province experienced five straight days of new cases of more than 200.

A proposal to do so will go before cabinet on Wednesday.

It’s not clear what the new limits will be or if this will be a regional approach.

Currently, it’s 50 people indoors and 100 people outdoors.
