3 stabbed after fight breaks out at Annex frat party

Five people are injured — three of them with stab wounds — after a fight broke out at a Halloween frat party in the Annex.
Toronto police were called to the fraternity house on Madison Avenue near Bloor Street West and Spadina Avenue just after midnight on Friday.
Police say a 19-year-old man and a 15-year-old girl were denied entry to the home where the party was being held. It’s alleged they forced their way in, slashing and stabbing people inside and continued outside as they were leaving.
Three were stabbed but the injuries of the other two people are not yet known.
The three male victims are 25, 19, and 18 years old. One man remains in life-threatening condition.
Both suspects, Jacob Alves of no fixed address and the girl who cannot be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, were arrested in the area and have been jointly charged with three counts of aggravated assault, three counts of assault with a weapon, one count of attempted murder and weapons dangerous.
The male suspect also reportedly slashed himself, causing minor injuries.
At the time of the stabbing, paramedics said seven people were being treated for injuries related to the party. However, police provided an update on Friday morning.
A male had made his own way to hospital with serious stab wounds but it is not yet confirmed if he is connected to the stabbing as he is not cooperating with police.
