If you were hoping to get tickets to Drake’s two-day OVO fest this year, be prepared to shell out a lot of cash.
Tickets for the ninth OVO fest officially went on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday morning.
To attend the August 5 show at Budweiser stage — which has only Drake on the bill — will set you back $800 to $1,000 for general admission. To actually get a seat, it will cost you around $2,500.
Many angry fans have taken to Twitter to express their frustration.
Lmfao! $500 dollars for lawn tickets to #OVOFest?! Is @Drake bringing Michael Jackson, Tupac, and Notorious B.I.G. back from dead? pic.twitter.com/YZymQlL8Q3

Really sucks how Drake is doing his fans this year with these ridiculous prices. Goes to show the artist doesn’t really care about the fans, just the money… #OVOFest pic.twitter.com/qQ8m0ThwO8
