Transport truck carrying soda cans rolls over on Hwy 400, no injuries

A transport truck loaded with cans of soda rolled over on Highway 400, on the northbound ramp to Highway 401 westbound.

The incident happened around 4 p.m. Wednesday and the ramp is closed for the investigation.

OPP Sgt. Kerry Schmidt says the driver was not seriously injured and believed the rollover was caused by a flat tire. Truck inspectors on scene said all tires were properly inflated.

Traffic in the area is slow and cleanup is expected to take several hours.

No other injuries were reported.
