Go bus driver charged after fatal crash with 84-year-old pedestrian

Hamilton police have charged a Go bus driver with careless driving after a pedestrian was struck and killed earlier this month.
The bus struck an 84-year-old woman from Brantford while reversing in the parking lot of Hamilton Go Centre, at 36 Hunter Street East, on March 9th. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver, a 60-year-old Burlington man, is charged with careless driving causing death.
