CP Rail train derails in Ajax

A CP Rail train derailed in Ajax on Wednesday.
There are no reported injuries and the Town of Ajax said in a statement that it’s not “an emergency situation.”
Photos from the scene show several cars off the tracks just north of Taunton Road between Church Street North and Westney Road North.
“The area has been secured by CP Rail and is expected to remain closed for the next 48 hours,” the Town of Ajax said.
