2 men injured, 2 arrested after daylight shooting in The Beaches

Police say two men were injured in a shooting in The Beaches area on Sunday afternoon.
Officers responded to a call in the Queen Street East And Woodbine Avenue area around 2:40 p.m.
Police say two men, both in their 20s, were found with injuries and were taken to hospital. One suffered multiple gunshot wounds while the other had lower body injuries.
Two other men fled the scene on foot, but were later taken into custody by police. Three firearms were recovered and shell casings were also found in the area.
Police believe the shooting happened at Kingston Road and Woodbine and the two victims were sitting in a car when they were shot. The victims then drove to Queen where they were located by police.
