A friend of the victim called 9-1-1 from the residence. The man was taken to hospital with a single gunshot wound, in non-life threatening condition.
Police said they were looking for three suspects between 20 to 25 years old who were seen on the southeast corner of the intersection before 8 p.m.
One suspect is described as a black male, six-feet-two inches tall, wearing a white hoodie. The other two suspects are described as brown males.
Shortly before midnight, Peel police said all three suspects were in custody.
