All westbound lanes of Highway 401 have now reopened at the Highway 427 ramp after a tractor-trailer flipped over and burst into flames.
It happened just west of Highway 427 around 2:30 a.m. on Friday.
It appears that the truck, which was carrying large rolls of paper, hit the guardrail and then landed on its side.
The OPP now say there is no known time to reopen the WB401 approaching 427. The transport truck that rolled over and caught fire is still on the highway. @680NEWS @680NEWStraffic pic.twitter.com/1TAFIgZpNe

Paramedics said the driver of the truck suffered only minor injuries.
The highway was originally closed at Dixon Road because the truck was on fire under the 427 ramp. That closure was in place until around 8 a.m. when they were able to open up more of the road.
There has been no word on what caused the crash.
OPP Sgt. Kerry Schmidt said they will be investigating if another vehicle may have been inadvertently involved in the crash.
