Mississauga man injured in Brampton stabbing

A Mississauga man is recovering in hospital after he was stabbed in Brampton early Sunday morning.
Peel police say they were called to Deerhurst Drive in the area of Queen Street and Goreway Drive for a disturbance around midnight.
The 31-year old victim was initially rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries but has since improved and is now in stable condition.
There is no word on any suspects at this time.
