2 injured in crash involving e-bike near Kensington Market

Toronto police say two people have been taken to hospital after a collision between an e-bike and a vehicle near Kensington Market.

Officers were called just after 3:30 on Sunday to Dundas St. West and Augusta Avenue to reports of a crash.

Paramedics tell 680NEWS a woman and a man, both in their 60s, suffered serious injuries in the collison. The woman was taken to a trauma centre while the man was transferred to a local hospital.

The vehicle involved remained on the scene.

Police continue to investigate.
