Toronto police say the smashed windows of a campaign office on Bloor Street and Dovercourt Road were not the result of a break-and-enter.
Police now say a man fell through the window and was taken to hospital for treatment.
Police responded to reports of smashed windows and someone trying to enter the office around 2:30 a.m. on Saturday.
They initially said one person had been arrested after a break and enter at an election campaign office in the area.
At around 8:30 a.m. police said earlier reports were incorrect.
UPDATE: this is NOT a break and enter as earlier reported, this was a male that fell through the window. He was taken to hospital and treated. ^gl
